Our Policies

Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling to a different class date is free. Advance notice is required.

Refund Policy: There is a $25 service charge to cancel a class and receive a refund. No refunds are given after any portion of a class is attended, even if the participant does not complete the class or if the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) denies the participant a license.

Pricing Policy: All classes are pass or fail. Participants who fail a class may retake it by paying the class fee again. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
